The site was formerly called Grove Technology Park and traffic signs in the area may show either name, both referring to the same park. Within the Park, head to Boston House, which is signed as 'Boston House Business Centre', within Grove Business Park.

If you intend to use a sat nav, then please note they tend to route traffic down Woodhill lane, which is a farm track ending in a locked gate.

Try searching for OX12 9YH where the access road to the site starts, exiting from a roundabout. Grove Business Park is signed from here. A De Havilland Venom aircraft was suspended from a pylon at the roundabout until it was blown down in Feb 2022 during storm Eunice.

From the roundabout, follow the main access road (Downsview road) west.

After 400m Downsview road passes between Crown Cork and Seal (Metal Box) main entrance to the left and their car park to the right.

Shortly afterwards there is a single lane, traffic calming restriction. The road continues around a right bend, past another single lane restriction on the opposing carriageway. There are an assortment of 5mph speed bumps within the park itself.

Take the third road on the left (Wayland avenue), then the visitor parking is on the left alongside Boston House. The Boston House Business Centre (aka Boston House) is the 'U' shaped building, adjacent to this car park.

The entrance to the reception is off Wayland avenue to the north of the building.

Overflow parking is available to the East and South East of Boston House. There are two electric vehicle charging points on the West side of the building. Please do not park in spaces denoted by company names to the West of the building.
